  My husband has been seen by several doctors here for over a year and has 7 diagnoses for something as minor as elbow pain. They do not know what they are doing and maybe stalling his healing to get compensated for more visits! DO NOT COME HERE! If I could give negative stars I would. He still has the same pain!

  Doctors and staff in the back is wonderful once you get past front desk...nobody ever answers the phone...I have sat with the phone ringing over 11 minutes...in the past 2 weeks...today Wednesday.11...I held the phone for 13:34 minutes with no one answering...not even can u hold...nobody bothered to even answer...Tuesday the Home Health nurse calledand finally got an answer and was put on hold 4 times....needs new receptionist or training...

  tried to schedule appointment with PCP and nothing available for next 3 weeks, staff don't care to assist any request, poor service, too much health risk to be patient in this clinic, never again to use St. Francis Medicine Center.

  The nurses don’t know how care of children my son today was the last day we came on this place was very bad my son is 5 Year old he was in panic of the nurse because of last time be here and today was enough, no patience at all. With us .I really like docto Summer but we star look for another. Place to go .Hope they can find people Who can work with kids and adults Because this people what they have don’t know .
