  I have three children and this location has always taken extremely good care of my kids (8 years old, 20 months old, and five months old). I think the staff has been fantastic. They are also fast and I appreciate that very much. The receptionist was caring and very friendly. Thank you so much KidMed. It helps a very anxious mother feel much better.

  Very disappointed in the lack of care that my daughter received at this location. I brought her in at 5 pm on a Saturday bc she was running a temp of 103 most of the week. The nurse practitioner looked at her ears and throat confirmed virus and sent us out the door. Her fever was over 104 most of the night with vomiting and refusing to drink. I called the receptionist and asked since we were there less than 17 hrs ago could they waive the office visit and test her for the flu (which should've been done at the visit last night). She said no and we would be charged the office fee again for a test that should have been performed during our first visit. We have a high deductible plan, and i feel it's important that the dr/nurse practitioner do their job on the first visit. Waiting to give tests on the second/third visit isn't prudent. I will not be going back to this location.
