- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪Cocky accurately describes Decker. He told me he didn't like to work with patients with bipolar disorder and that I should find another doctor. I called Linda in the office and in the middle of me talking the says "sorry I can't hear you" and hung up on me yet I had no problem talking to the lady who answered the phone.
