- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪I first used this vet because it was very close to my house. I quickly realized they were ridiculous when it came to prices. I couldn't get out the door w/out a bill of hundreds of dollars, even for just yearly shots. The vet and vet techs were always trying to push that crap food on me (Science Diet) and the vet even tried to push a new flea/tick product on me that was making the news for its dangerous side effects. The one thing that finally did it for me was when I wanted to get all 3 of my animals microchipped. They wanted to charge me $200 PER ANIMAL for this! I knew this couldnt be right, so I called another vet near me (Genito Animal) and they priced microchips at $40 per animal. Ever since then, this is the vet I go to. I would not suggest using Deer Run, unless you want your wallet ripped off every single visit.November 26, 2016by Christine H
