- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪So, I walk in, sign my name. There is only one lady to my right behind the glass/desk. She's on the phone [Okay, I can't control that]...but then she looks me in my eyes and looks away on numerous occasions. She doesn't speak, doesn't smile, doesn't gesture anything toward customer service. She's the only person I see; She's the face of your company. .. So, How am I supposed to interpret her behavior as a person of color in The Richmond South? How am I supposed to interpret this office culture? Two things come to mind: This office is either Racist or careless. Either way, I didn't feel welcome. She could have at bear minimum Smiled in my direction and whispered Someone will help you in a moment. Nevertheless, I can't make this stuff up. 2 stars!July 15, 2017by Gentle Cleaning, Inc.
